Perforated Cell

Filter cell with size 24'' x 24'' x 4'', capacity 37 liters. Edges are folded to increase rigidity. The two sides are staggered perforated plate or with welding thread for optimal breathability. Filter material is stored in a HDPE bag to prevent falling through the punch hole.

The cell is mounted on the slide of the housing, the sides are fitted with a leak-proof gasket between the filter and the cell.

The housing wall is single skin type, made from sheet metal 1.5mm thick, edged and reinforced to match the total weight of the filter media, using materials SS316, SS304, GI or CS with epoxy coating.

The inlet/output is connected by the flange 50mm width. The maintenance door can be arranged on the right or left side to suit the installation space. The box is installed on the U base.

Contact time over 0.5s, total pressure drop lower 250Pa to reduce fan motor power, saving electrical energy.
